Job Duties:
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and update operating systems, applications, and security software.
Troubleshoot network connectivity problems, including Wi-Fi, VPN, and LAN connections.
Document technical issues, educate users on IT best practices, and assist with new workstation setups.

Job Requirements:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
1-3 years of experience in IT support roles preferred.
Proficiency in Windows, macOS, networking fundamentals, and troubleshooting software issues.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
